Each session that Natalie offers, in a One-One setting
or a Group setting, is unique to your needs, and every single time
will be different depending on what is ready to be addressed and healed within you.
Somatic work is a body-centered approach to healing that helps you reconnect with your body, release emotional blockages, and transform old patterns that may be holding you back. The way Natalie can offer support with this is through a combination of powerful tools designed to address both the mind and body. Each of these modalities is carefully tailored to your unique needs, allowing you to dive deep into your emotional, physical, and subconscious experiences. These tools include:
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): This tapping technique helps release emotional blockages by stimulating specific acupressure points on the body, allowing you to shift negative emotions and limiting beliefs at a profound level.
- Hypnotic Inner Child Work (Matrix Reimprinting): By connecting with younger versions of yourself, we heal past wounds, reframe your beliefs, and rewrite the stories that have been influencing your present life. This deep work helps integrate and release old patterns stored in the body.
- Breathwork: Through focused breathwork techniques, we can shift your emotional and physical state, release pent-up tension, and bring you back into the present moment. The breath is a powerful tool for grounding, releasing trauma, and calming the nervous system.
- Jungian Coaching: Using Jungian principles, we’ll explore your unconscious patterns, archetypes, and beliefs that influence your behavior and life choices. This coaching allows for profound self-awareness, self-discovery, and the creation of healthier, more empowered life narratives.

Natalie offers 60 and 90 minute sessions via zoom, or in person in Lisbon/Cascais, Portugal. A session will start with some coaching, to see what comes up for you, to address any recurring patterns and try getting to the root of any issues you feel might be hindering your growth in life. The second half of the session will be tailored to whatever has come up for you using any combination of the tools mentioned above. The session will end with anything you might want to share about what came up for you.
